Fitness Class Descriptions

Our fall fitness class schedule has a perfect variety to keep you active during the changing seasons! All classes are taught by certified fitness instructors. Stop by or call to sign up for your fitness class. All classes are only $5 for members and $15 for non-members! (per class)

Class Details

Core, Strength & Stretch
A no-impact class designed specifically for the beginner or senior. Featuring safe strength training and stretching exercises designed to make you stronger and feel better. Plus safe core and balance exercises to improve your overall well being. Shoes required.
*Beginner/Senior • 50 Minutes
• 9:30 am - Wednesday
• 9:30 am - Friday

Mobility & Stretch
Mobility/Flexibility exercises used by Athletes. Designed to improve range of motion in Hips, Shoulders, Spine, Ankles and more. Perfect for Golfers or any athlete looking to improve their performance.
*All levels • 45 Minutes
• 10:30 am - Tuesday
• 10:30 am - Thursday

Total Body Cardio Core
A circuit based HIIT class designed to achieve maximum results! You will have fun and sweat in this fast-paced class. Expect a big focus on the core. Mondays are slightly more upper body based, Wednesdays are slightly more lower body based. Shoes required.
*Intermediate/Advanced •50 Minutes
• 4:30 pm - Monday
• 5:30 pm - Wednesday

Sculpt & Strength Circuits
A low-impact class featuring weights, bands, cardio, core, balance and stretch. Expect to get your heart rate raised and to build muscle and endurance. Shoes required.
*Intermediate/Advanced • 50 Minutes
• 4:30 pm - Tuesday
• 4:30 pm - Thursday

Tighten & Tone Barre/Pilates 
A low-impact class featuring Pilates and Barre inspired exercises designed to create a long and lean physique. Light weights and bands will be utilized. Expect a strong focus on core.
*All Levels • 50 Minutes
• 8:05 am - Tuesday
• 8:05 am - Thursday

Calorie Blaster HIIT
This class is designed to achieve maximum calorie burn and to increase metabolism. This HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) class will feature a range of full body exercises combined with cardio bursts to give you a fantastic workout. Expect to sweat. Shoes required.
*Intermediate/Advanced • 50 Minutes
• 6:15 am - Wednesday

Mat Pilates
This class features low-impact flexibility, muscular strength and core strength, designed to shape long and lean muscles. Pilates on the mat will emphasize proper postural alignment, core strength and muscle balance.
*All Levels • 50 Minutes
• 5:30 pm - Tuesday

Vinyasa Yoga
Integrating movement and breath, this class is welcoming beginners and regular practitioners. We will move through a series of movements, linked to our breath in a flow-like sequence. Students will challenge their strength, balance, and flexibility while mentally unwinding from the week.
*All Levels • 45 Minutes
• 10:30 pm - Saturday

Community Fitness Classes - Honoring Veterans and Active Military

First Junior Golf Camp was TEE-rific!

Last week, July 13th, kicked off the first Lakeland Fitness and Golf Junior Golf Camp! This three-day event was a fun filled learning experience for youth golfers ages 6 to 14 of varying skill levels. The junior golfers received hands-on instruction from our golf professional, Scott Howard, and golf assistant, Kailey Godfrey, using our four TruGolf simulators and indoor putting green.
