This rower also features 16 adjustable resistance levels allowing each user to precisely control the intensity of their workout for a customized experience. Along with being low-impact, the water rower is a great high-calorie burn exercise. According to Harvard Health vigorous rowing for 30 minutes can burn up to 440 calories, versus vigorous running for 30 minutes which only burns 420 calories (for approx. 185lb individual). Users can also control the type of workout they achieve by adjusting the intensity higher or lower and either increase or decrease their strokes per minute.

Maintaining a healthy posture is truly invaluable. Proper use of the rower strengthens your core and posterior chain (the series of muscles along your back and back of legs). Last week, July 13th, kicked off the first Lakeland Fitness and Golf Junior Golf Camp! This three-day event was a fun filled learning experience for youth golfers ages 6 to 14 of varying skill levels.
