Alyssa Grelecki

Bio

Alyssa is from the Northwest suburbs of Chicago. She came to the Northwoods of Wisconsin for the tranquility and close-knit community. Alyssa is a 200 hour registered yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance through River Flow Teacher Training School in Wausau, WI. 

She loves spending time in nature, especially walks in the woods with her dog and enjoying the wildflowers and trees along the way. Her hobbies uplift her intuitiveness and include creating art, tarot card reading, foraging and herbal remedies.

Alyssa started her journey in yoga through healing her mental, emotional, and physical self. She brings compassion, understanding, and peace to her yoga classes. Alyssa creates the space for each person to feel into the depths of healing on the mat.
