Front Desk Staff

Additionally, you’ll have the opportunity to work in an energetic environment in one of northern Wisconsin’s premier fitness centers.   

Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

• Answer phone calls and assist scheduling personal training, golf tee times or lessons, and classes
• Assist with customer purchases of merchandise and memberships
• Maintain cleanliness of the desk and gym equipment at the end of the shift
• Resolve customer complaints
• Promote activities and new memberships
• Cleaning machines
• Restocking towels
• Sharing feedback for improvements based on member suggestions
• Encouraging members based on club visits
• Participating in community events as required
• Participating in general cleaning as needed in coordination with the entire team
• New member orientations
• Tours
• Policies
• Member outreach
• Payment receipt for various activities

Requirements

The requirements of this position include:

• Self-starter with a positive attitude
• Desire to learn and impact members experience
• Attention to detail
• PC skills
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Telephone experience
• Dynamic personality
• An interest in fitness & health and wellness is a plus
• Emergency first-aid training is not required, but is a plus
